Hello, my name is Sarah.....

................And I am a Pintrist-alholic!!(with that Facebook and reading!!) ahh! Okay I said it! So, a few months ago was the first time that I heard of Pintrist. sinse then I've heard it maybe a few times. One day after like an hour of facebook and nothing to do I found my way onto Pintrist. OH MY GOODNESS!! I'M HOOKED!!! It is like a combination of Facebook, blogging and Google COMBINED! Which equals hours of fun for me! I like to pretend that I am a crafty person(and way too often over estimate my abilities) So, that is what I spend my time doing now-a-days :) eeep I'm so happy!!

P.S. sweethearts was fun!! Figuring out dancing with him was interesting but he was a sweetheart and stood up to dance for quite a bit!(My date was very recently put into a wheelchair in case you didn't read a few posts down) afterwards my group watched Lady and the Tramp(which i'll be honest, I cannot remember ever watching that movie in my life but it was so cute!) anywho, that is my dating life at the moment. I promise official pictures will be up soon once when they come in :)

P.S.S. Saturday was my first clinic for my CNA class(which I LOVE my CNA class but that can be saved for another post) yay! Oh my, I got a morning jog if that sums it up! My cna walks fast and has long legs! whew! Other than that it was pretty good, changed some patients clothes, made a bed, got them breakfast, answered call lights, painted nails, drained a Colonostomy bag(uhh...it really stunk!!) but overall, all went well! I can't wait to get to know the residents then it will really be a party! :D

tis the season to be loving!

So this Saturday is the Sweethearts Mascarade. The guy that I asked was very recently put into a wheelchair...so that gave me the excuse to do this! hahaha I am so excited for the dance. I spent the ENTIRE weekend driving all over Utah with 2 of my best friends and one of their moms! Oh my, talk about exhausting!! But I found this SUPER girly one! It's white and pink and frilly!! haha they even got a hoop under me which makes it twice as girly. This is the first dance that I had ever had the guts to actually go all out for, and I think everyone should have at least one of those times. So pictures of the dance will be coming in the next few weeks so here is what I managed to put together: BTW: inside the card it reads this: "if I provide the walk and you the roll, together we can "walk and roll" at sweethearts"

get it? ROCKS and ROLLOS?!? I thought it was clever.


update: the white frilly one that I LOVE is now in the running for prom in a month(a MONTH!! AHH!) But Tia and Kelly helped me find this GORGEOUS blue dress that I am super surprised I liked)

Consider this an extension of the BRAINS post. hahaha. In the same class we got to dissect cow's eyeballs in class! woohoo! Again, I think that it was one of the coolest things ever! My lab partner and I had a real fun time cutting it up! hehehe I would post pictures but I am afraid that they are rather gross and if I did, I would have the overwhelming urge to write exactly what it is, it's texture, and how it feels when you poke it. Dad had yet another birthday this year(man, they just keep on coming haha jk) it was fun, we got to see Corinne and the family which is ALWAYS fun! They were getting ready to go to DISNEY WORLD!! Oh my, I am sooo jealous I hope that they had an amazing time! Here's to you and your day Dad! :D
